Lauren Ash Morgan is co-founder and artistic director of Speech of Fire, a new theatre company. From 2014 through 2019, she served as artistic director of Seoul Shakespeare Company. While Artistic Director of SSC she was also the costume and set designer for the production, as well as writer/music director as well as a text coach. While she was usually the leader of the acting ensemble during her last year, she was able to make her debut as director (and Lighting Designer) for SSC's King Lear.
